The Clinch Grappling Center proudly announces the results of our participation in the NAGA BJJ Tournament in Dallas this past weekend. Congratulations to Matt Stenquist, Dylan Scott and Tad DeSpain on their hard fought victories. Matt finished with a 2nd place medal in his division! Both Dylan and Tad each won round 1 matches and fought extremely hard in each of their second matches almost coming up with victories (we'll get 'em next time). Clinch instructor, Christian Derr, won first place in the expert, adult, no gi division.
If you happen to see any of these guys out on the mat, please take a minute to congratulate them on a successful tournament. Each of these athletes exhibited pride in the art and honor for their team both on and off the mat, in victory and in defeat. We are proud to have them as members of our school.
